The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining sealed proposals (Proposal) from qualified airport advertising concession firms (Respondent) for the management and operation of the airport advertising program concession at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO).
The goal of this RFP is to select and enter into an agreement (Agreement) with an experienced, qualified provider with demonstrated expertise in the development, execution, and management of airport advertising programs to market, operate, maintain, and manage an innovative Advertising Program Concession for the RTAA.
As is more fully explained in
Section 15, Evaluation Criteria of this RFP, an award, if made, will be made to the best overall Respondent whose Proposal is most advantageous to the RTAA, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The RTAA reserves the right to not award an Agreement for
any work herein; issuance of this RFP solicitation does not guarantee any subsequent award. Furthermore, the RTAA reserves the right to hire any additional subject matter experts as needed for specialty items at its discretion.
A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on
August 26, 2021, commencing promptly at 1:30 PM PST, and will be held at 2001 E. Plumb Lane, Reno, Nevada in the River Room located in the baggage claim area. There will be a site walk immediately following the pre-proposal meeting.
Respondents are requested to RSVP for the Pre-Proposal meeting by completing and returning the RSVP Form attached hereto as Attachment C. RSVP Forms are requested to be submitted by August 23, 2021 at 2 PM to the RTAA’s Senior Buyer of Purchasing via email at
dmeehan@renoairport.com. Respondents’ attendance for the Pre-Proposal meeting is required to be eligible to submit a Proposal.
Respondents who do not attend the mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be considered non-responsive and disqualified.
Respondents are required to submit one (1) printed copy of their Proposal and an electronic copy on a flash drive. Packages containing the original Proposal and flash drive shall be sealed and clearly marked “
Advertising Program Concession RFP 21/22-01.”
