ICSD is interested in a comprehensive “HRMS” cloud-based
system that is both fully integrated and completely secure, has the
capability to support public education employees, has strong
position-based financial and budgeting controls, and rapid, flexible,
user-friendly reporting capabilities. ICSD is also interested in the
implementation and integration of the “HRMS” with its
current Alio Financial Accounting Software.

Iron County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all proposals and to waive any formality, informality, irregularity
or technicality in any proposal.The District also reserves the right to
call for new bids if their interests or

convenience is better served by
such course.If any portion of the above terms are not acceptable it is
the bidder’s responsibility to so state in writing.Any and all
bids are subject to the approval of the school district business administrator.
