Prequalified List for Lumber and Building Supplies

All other information remains the same. *** This Invitation-To-Tender is an invitation by the Strategic Procurement Division of Service New Brunswick (SNB) on behalf of the Province of New Brunswick (the "Provinceˮ)to prospective Bidders for eligibility to potentially provide Lumber and Building Supplies on an "as and when" required basis for a two (2) year period, commencing April 8, 2024 to April 7, 2025 with one (1), one (1) year mutually agreeable optional renewal. The term of the contract shall not exceed three (3) years in total. If a Vendor chooses not to accept the option year, SNB reserves the right to re-tender, re-award or delete the items in question. Bidders are invited to quote on the lumber and building

supplies listed in Appendix A -Pricing Form. Bid submissions will be evaluated per available lumber and building supplies for each region and/or province-wide coverage. All Bidders confirmed as compliant and eligible will be admitted to the Prequalified List and will receive an official Province of New Brunswick Purchase Order outlining the lumber and building supplies for which they qualify. The Province does not guarantee that any of the Vendors on the Prequalified List will be solicited during the life cycle of the contract.
