The City of Kingsland is requesting proposals for Professional Printing Services for the printing of the KCVB Adventure Guide Brochure. Scope of Services • Vendor must provide sample work and client references for consideration. • Upon award of contract the existing brochure design will be provided in (Adobe InDesign Format). All provided materials will remain the property of the Kingsland CVB and cannot be copied or reproduced without written permission. If another paper weight is recommended, please note that and provide those costs, (we are open to your suggestions). The final product is: • Four printed pages that are 16 x 9 size / printed on both sides • The pages are folded 1st time & saddled stitched down the center • The brochure is then folded a 2nd time for the finished product a 4w x 9h
