NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD

The Department of State, Ralph J. Bunche Library intends to issue a Sole Source order with Real Capital Analytics. Market research was conducted and it has been determined there is only one responsible source for our requirements in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The services being sought are online access to global real estate valuations for decision-making purposes and to complete notional market value estimates on all lease transactions that exceed $250,000. Services included are: property sale database covering 126 countries; Property trade search; Global capital trends; Europe capital trends; Market trends and trades; and Cross border capital tracker.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
