NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION LAS 34925 Royal Wolf Lodge Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following: APPLICANT: Royal Wolf Lodge PROJECT NAME: LAS 34925 GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Located in the Alagnak River, approximately one mile southwest of Kukaklek Lake, approximately 20 miles southeast of Igiugig. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NW1/4SW1/4 Section 20, Township 12 South, Range 37 West, Seward Meridian REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Applicant Royal Wolf Lodge is requesting a land use permit for the placement of a mooring buoy during the months of June through October on the Alagnak River southwest of Kukaklek Lake in support of commercial sportfishing activities. PROPOSED DATES OF USE: Start: June 1, 2024 End: May 31, 2029 DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: April 11, 2024 The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.
