Krannert Art Museum East Gallery Renovations

Project DescriptionThe East Gallery Renovation shall provide architectural, mechanical and electrical renovation of the interior east gallery space, including new reinforced walls with new finishes, new baseboards, new ceilings and refinished wood flooring. The temporary interior walls shall be removed to provide an open flexible space. The new walls shall match the detailing as in the Noel gallery. The drywall finish shall be level 5. New LED ceiling lighting similar to the Noel gallery. MEPFP renovations, including new air diffusers, relocation of environmental controls, new electrical and data outlets, security cameras, and fire alarms. The new ceiling construction shall provide a flexible support system to allow personnel access to secure and support temporary walls and exhibits.
