S--Laundry/Dry Cleaning Sources Sought BIE Schools

The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) sources who would be interested in providing Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services for the following nine (09) New Mexico BIE-Schools: (1) Chichiltah/Jones Ranch Community School; (2) Tohaali Community School; (3) Wingate High School; (4) Wingate Elementary School; (5) Lake Valley Navajo School; (6) Mariano Lake Community School; (7) Pueblo Pintado Day School; (8) T¿iis Ts¿ozi Bi¿Olta¿ (Crownpoint Community School) and (9) Crystal Boarding School.This notice is to identify any businesses that fall into any of the following available set-aside categories, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE). Indian Economic Enterprises are defined,

in part as any business entity that is at least fifty one percent owned by one or more American Indian or Alaska Native Individuals. The Buy Indian Act can be located at 25 U.S.C. 47. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 812320 and the small business size standard $7.0 million.This is not a solicitation announcement and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. It is requested that only those that meet the definition of these categories submit a response to this notice.The contract scope of work consists of providing Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services for the above nine (9) New Mexico BIE-Schools. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision and incidentals necessary to providing Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services for the above identified nine (9) New Mexico BIE-Schools.Interested parties are requested to provide their UEI number for verification of inclusion in the System for Award Management (SAM). Any interest and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and letter of interest to Steave Phann vie email Steave.Phann@bia.gov.
