Notice of Availability - KSC Master Plan Implementation - Land Development 2016-2018

This is a Special Notice of upcoming activity authorized by the Space Act.  NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) will issue a Notice of Availability (NOA) on June 2, 2016, to publicize opportunities for commercial or non-government entities to develop vacant land on KSC property in accordance with the KSC Master Plan.  The KSC Master Plan is available at the following link:  masterplan.ksc.nasa.govNo solicitation exists, therefore do not request a copy.  The NOA will be released electronically through this FedBizOpps website on 6/2/2016 and will remain available, unless amended, until 6/1/2018.  It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this FedBizOpps website for the release of any new or additional information. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Goverment to enter into any contract or agreement, or the negotiation of any contract or agreement.  This notice is not a contracting opportunity involving appropriated funds.  NASA will not pay for any information provided and will not provide responses received or the results of any evaluations.  Contact Information: Steven E.
