Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Northwest (NAVFAC NW), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, quote and/or invitation for bid. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there is commercially available controls equipment with equivalent specifications and interoperability of the Distech EC, or Honeywell CIPer and Spyder Line programmable building controllers as detailed in Attachment 2 – Technical Information. The attachment describes the programmable building controller requirements for the NAVFAC NW Region HVAC DDC system. The Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system Direct Digital Controllers must minimally meet the following capabilities:---Capability of controlling HVAC systems.---Capability of being operated using Distech EC-gfxProgram Line Software, Honeywell CIPer and Spyder Line software for the
