This Project includes:  PLUMBING CONSTRUCTION.
PROJECT TITLE:  Pike County Maintenance Garage - Construction of New Garage
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  This PennDOT Maintenance Facility includes the construction of an Office/Garage building of approximately 28,548 square feet, an 8,160 square foot Salt Storage building, a 225 square foot Drum Storage shelter, a 400 square foot Brine Maker building, a 607 square foot Solar Salt Storage building, a 1,460 square foot Brine Tank

Containment structure, an 800 square foot Tool Storage shed, a 2,880 square foot General Storage building, a 1080 square foot Personnel Building and an open, concrete-walled, aggregate storage bin. Paved parking will be provided for 48 spaces within a public parking area adjacent to the main office entrance and 22 plow trucks and 25 additional service vehicles within a secure yard area.ESTIMATED RANGE:  $500,000 to $1,000,000.Liquidated Damages = .3 (Rebid) Plumbing Construction is $220.00 per day.THIS IS A REGULAR LOW BID PROJECT.BID DATE:  THURSDAY, JUNE 28, 2018 AT 2:00 P.M.THERE WILL NOT BE A PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project.  Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
