The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete construction of the project, Université de Hearst Timmins Residence Building Envelope for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. 2. The work included in this project consists of architectural, mechanical and electrical work required to complete the renovations at Université de Hearst Timmins Residence, 180 Jubilee Ave w, Timmins, Ontario. 3. The successful General Contractor shall commence work and work continuously to complete the project within the time period indicated in their Tender Form.
