Art for Utility Cabinet Wraps

The City of Port St. Lucie is looking for artwork for the wraps being place on the utility cabinets located throughout the City. Some of these units have already been wrapped, however the goal is to have all sixty (60) completed with various art work. The City is looking for any artwork that

is appropriate from any person or group. The below applies:
The selected artwork is expected to be displayed for a period of five (5) yeas or the life of the wrap whichever is longer.
The artist will not receive any compensation.
The City shall own the right to use and duplicate the artwork for a period of five (5) years.
The artist will be permitted to place one (1) signature on their image. The signature area shall not exceed sixteen (16) inches by sixteen (16) inches per wrap.
The artwork shall not include contact information such as phone numbers, websites, etc.
The City shall be the sole judge of the art to be selected and there is no guarantee that all submitted artwork will be used.
To submit your artwork please follow the following:
Submit a color sample of your art electronically in a jpg format to the email address nice@cityofpsl.com
Provide your name and contact information. If you are a minor you must provide the name, relationship and contact information of your guardian.
You may submit your proposal continuously and they will be reviewed on:
October 30, 2017 at 3:00:00 PM
January 30, 2018 at 3:00:00 PM
April 30, 2018 at 3:00:00 PM
July 30, 2018 at 3:00:00 PM
The last date for the designs must be submitted by July 30, 2018 at 3:00:00 PM. However, you may submit your design any time during the time frames outlined above. You may submit as many design as you would like and as often as you would like.
