The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for Construction Manager/General Contractor (“CM/GC”) services for the project named above. General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver (City) is soliciting qualifications from interested firms to provide Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Denver Police

District 6 (“DPD 6”) Replacement. The primary goal of this project is to remodel/retrofit DPD 6 at its current location at 1566 North Washington Street. This will include a new annex type facility and a possible permanent parking structure. The project described below is part of the 2017 Elevate Denver Bond Program, which is a 10-year, $937 million general obligation bond program approved by voters in 2017. The program will enhance the City and County of Denver by providing critical improvements to the City’s infrastructure – improving our roads, sidewalks, parks, recreation centers, libraries, cultural centers, public-owned buildings and safety facilities.
