The City of Lubbock, TX, is seeking competitive, sealed, proposals for 
Ancillary Benefits Plan for City Employees.
For the purpose of familiarizing offerors with the requirements, answering questions, and issuing addenda as needed for the clarification of the
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents,
a pre-proposal meeting will be held at July 22, 2019 2:00 p.m., at City Hall, 1625 13th Street, Committee Room 103, Lubbock, TX.
