The Andritz Model DDS 40 Rotary Drum Dryer has an\n8800 pounds of water/hour evaporative capacity that produces 24 dry tons/day of Class A Exceptional\nQuality biosolids. SCWRF Thermal Biosolids Drying system is operated by an older model Allen-\nBradley PLC5. The existing PLC5 hardware has reached the end of its maintainable life and is no longer\nsupported by the manufacturer. The objective of this project will be to upgrade the existing PLCs, VO\nmodules, and communication network to future ready hardware and software.\n\nNotice to Vendors Regarding RFP Terms and Conditions\n\nIt shall be the Vendor\u2019s responsibility to read the Instructions, the Town\u2019s terms and conditions, all relevant\nexhibits and attachments, and any other components made a part of this RFP and comply with all\nrequirements and specifications herein. Vendors are also responsible for obtaining and complying with all\nAddenda and other changes that may be issued in connection with this RFP.\n\nIf Vendors have questions, issues, or exceptions regarding any term, condition, or other component within\nthis RFP, those must be submitted as questions in accordance with the instructions in Section 1.6 Proposal\nQuestions. Ifthe Town determines that any changes will be made as a result of the questions asked, then\nsuch decisions will be communicated in the form ofan RFP addendum. The Town may also elect to leave\nopen the possibility for later negotiation and amendment of specific provisions of the Contract that have\nbeen addressed during the question submission period.\n\nOther than through this process, the Town rejects and will not be required to evaluate or consider any\nadditional or modified terms and conditions submitted with Vendor\u2019s proposal. This applies to any\nlanguage appearing in or attached to the document as part of the Vendor\u2019s proposal that purports to vary\nany terms and conditions or Vendors\u2019 instructions herein or to render the proposal non-binding or subject\nto further negotiation. Vendor\u2019s proposal shall constitute a firm offer.\n\nBy execution and delivery of this RFP Response, the Vendor agrees that any additional or modified\nterms and conditions, whether submitted purposely or inadvertently, shall have no force or effect,\nand will be disregarded.
