MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING

PUBLIC NOTICEMARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETINGJANUARY 24-26, 2018JUNEAU, AKFIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a meeting on January 24-26, 2018, to consider its agenda covering marijuana establishment license applications, updates on implementation of marijuana establishment licensing, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 24, Thursday, January 25, and Friday, January 26, 2018, at Centennial Hall, 101 Egan Drive, Juneau, AK. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m each day.  The public call in number for the meeting is 1-800-315-6338; code 69176#. The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting.The board will reserve a time period on Tuesday, January 24, 2018, for
public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment. Public wishing to comment are advised to pre-register by emailing
marijuana@alaska.gov no later than Friday January 19, 2018, with their intent. The board may hear comments from public who have not pre-registered, but those who have pre-registered will be given preference for the time available.The State of Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development and the Marijuana Control Board comply with Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
