The services sought are typically outside the areas of expertise of the District’s engineering department, but generally needed for performing capital improvements and maintenance work associated with a water/wastewater utility. The District intends for this RFQ to remain open for SOQ submission until closed (five years after the date of issuance), and qualified Consultants may remain on a list of qualified Consultants for 5 years or until they request to be removed from the list or are removed by the District. The successful Consultants will perform all work under a Master Services Agreement (“Agreement” or MSA) when authorized by a scope-specific Task Order as further described herein. It is anticipated that the District will continue to issue Task Orders to complete this project for approximately ten (10) years. Other Details Notes The District will accept submission of SOQs on an ongoing basis. All SOQs must be submitted by email in PDF file format to Adrian Combes, Senior Engineer, at acombes@stpud.dst.ca.us. The cost proposal must be included as a separate electronic file in PDF format. All questions and requests for interpretations or clarifications, either administrative or technical must be submitted in writing to the District.
