Nintex Enterprise Software Licenses

This is a notification that the Army Contracting Command (ACC) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract under statutory 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be awarded to DocPoint Solutions; 8161 Maple Lawn Boulevard, Suite 200; Fulton MD 20759 for two (2) new commercially available licenses for the software, Nintex Enterprise- Server Licenses, seven (7) Nintex Enterprise Edition Software Assurance annual maintenance, and seven (7) Nintex Enterprise Edition Premium Annual Support software, for SharePoint 2010 (Reference the attached, redacted Sole Source Justification and Approval (J&A) memo).The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $27.5.This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; therfore, a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the requirement would be beneficial to the Government and their capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by the established due date/time set forth in this notice. If no affirmative written responses are received by 12:00 pm (CST) on 29 March 2018, award will be made without further notice.
