The USACE-supplied design, construction Plans and Specifications will require a Contractor to renovate the Hastings Resident Engineer Office Building. The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, modification to the existing floor plan, restoration of existing windows, replacement of flooring and ceiling, construction of new walls, an option for additional windows, and all incidental related work.
