THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR INVITATION FOR OFFERORS TO SUBMIT BIDS. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates issuance of Solicitation 15B41322Q00000006 for the award of a firm-fixed price Inter Library Loan Services Contract at the Federal Correctional Facility Sandstone (FCI Sandstone).FCI Sandstone is a federal correctional facility located at 2300 Co. Rd. 29, Sandstone Minnesota 55072. Services will be in the form of professional, non-personal services to include loaning of books, DVDs, and CDs for inmates located at the FCI. Services will also include yearly training for Education Staff at FCI Sandstone.Services of the library will be to provide loan access to books, DVDs, and CDs. This will include an easy access, user-friendly ordering system and weekly material exchange. Yearly training for staff will be no less than 4 hours on content related to library services, provided bay a person with a Masters degree in Library

Science, information resources, media services, or related degree. These individuals shall be available to the institution for technical assistance and advice to establish and maintain library services per the statement of work (SOW).The performance period for this contract will be an anticipated 1 year base contract with 4 option years.All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement which shall be considered by the agency.The North American Industrial classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 519120. The Solicitation will be available approximately on or about July 22,2022. The solicitation will be distributed solely through SAM.gov formally (FBO) website at www.sam.gov.
