BIDS must be submitted in a sealed envelope prior to 2:00 P.M., November 1, 2022 to: The City of St. George Attn: Mary Wahl, Purchasing Manager 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, 84770. Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside #22-046 and Fossil Falls Park. The BIDS shall be opened in an electronic meeting. Notice for the BID opening shall be sent to everyone on the Plan Holders List prior to the BID opening. There will be a mandatory pre-BID meeting and site visit 2450 E & Dinosaur Crossing (Skimboard Park) on OCTOBER 20, 2022 at 10 A.M., MST. Social distancing will be followed at the meeting. As required by St. George City Code 1-10B-14 a signed certificate of legal work status for the BIDDER must accompany the BID. City of St. George reserves the right to reject any, or all BIDS, or to waive any formality or technicality in any BID, in the interest of the city.
