Engineering, Procurement and Construction of two residential-scale solar energy

Introduction : This tender describes the scope of work required from the contractor to deliver solar energy systems at two rural clinics in the Eastern Cape. The systems shall be designed to provide backup power to critical loads during load-shedding and generate renewable energy to reduce the carbon footprint of the clinics. The contractor will deliver on the scope of work described in this document while adhering to the minimum expected technical requirements stipulated. This document also describes the requirements for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) during a one-year defects period as well as the training programme for the identified staff.
