Test and Evaluate Launcher Guided Missiles Taiwan P-3

 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst requires Test and Technical Evaluation of full functionality for two (2) each Launcher Guided Missiles, PN 2223685-100 to meet the existing functional requirements in support of the TAF (Taiwan Air Force) P-3C platform.  The Government intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis for the required equipment to the Raytheon / Intelligence Information and Services (CAGE 072E5) of Indianapolis IN.  Raytheon / Intelligence Information and Services is considered the only responsible source capable of providing the required equipment because they own all the proprietary data and drawings.  Therefore, Raytheon / Intelligence Information and Services is the only vendor capable of producing the equipment to meet the Government requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
