Sources Sought-Perishable and Non-Perishable Food (Michigan Air National Guard)

The Michigan Air National Guard, located in Harris Township, Battle Creek, Alpena, MI are interested in the esblishment of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small business food suppliers for the purchase of perishable and non-perishable food in support of the Michigan Air National Guard. Please NOTE, a BPA is not a binding contract, they are agreements; thus prices must be set prior to any orders being placed against the BPA. Additionally, since it is an agreement and not a contract, either party has the choice to terminate the agreement provided a 30-day notification is given. BPAs Period of Performance can range from one (1) to a five (5) year period unless terminated by either party or the BPA Master Dollar Limit has been met. The intention is to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with suppliers that has the capabilities of supporting the Michigan's Air National Guard mission. The companies will be required to deliver the products to the base location when requested by the Contracting Officer and, or the personnel designated by the Contracting Officer. Deliveries will be required on a monthly basis, and required during Annual Training and Base Exercises performed throughout the calendar year. In order to conduct business with the Government under a Blanket Purchase Agreement the suppliers are required to register and maintain an active account with SAM.Gov.
