As estimate package will be handed out that will be required to be submitted as part of each proposal. Due to seasonal timing and the geography of the area attendees will be required to obtain their own transportation to and around the project site. In the case that conditions in the project site become or remain too dangerous to enter, one or both pre-estimate tour(s) will be rescheduled for a later date.
