The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Southern Region, Eastern Acquisition, (AAQ-510), College Park, GA is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number DTFASA-17-R-00716, Replace and Re-Cable Communication Antenna Towers and Install Facility Fencing for the RTR-B site on Bald Eagle Mountain in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, as detailed in the Specifications and Drawings attached to the Solicitation in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 188.8.131.52 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.

The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visit will be conducted, as specified in Section L of this solicitation.

with a list of attendees at least one day prior to the appointed time. The on-site POC for each site is also listed. Information provided at this site visit, as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. ATTENDANCE AT THIS SITE VISIT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
