The bid is for pressure washing, epoxy sealing exterior rotten board, replacing a single down spout and painting the Olympic Peninsula Visitors Center that is approximately 1500 sq. ft in size. Bids will be received until 2 p.m. on March 28, 2024.This bid
provides for epoxy sealing rotting exterior wood, replacing one down spout and painting the remainder of the building as is, this includes exterior rail and trim. The building needs to be pressure washed prior to painting. Paint to be used is Sherwin-Williams Exterior Duration Satin paint with the trim done in Sherwin-Williams Duration gloss. Color will be selected upon award. There is NO water at the site. Down spout to be one single unit and matches other down spouts. This will be a lump sum bid. You must do a site visit and inspection on your own. Work to begin no later than June 10, 2024. Work to be completed within 15 working days from mutually agreed start date, yet no later than June 28, 2024. The building will be budgeted for future siding and upgrades at a later date.
