2022 Main Harris CIP Sewer Rehabilitation

Description: The Town of Normal Public Works Department will receive sealed bids for the following: 2022 Main & Harris CIPP Sewer RehabilitationBids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "2022 Main & Harris CIPP Sewer Rehabilitation" with the time and date of the opening, which will be October 20, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761. Bids will be opened in the Union Pacific Conference Room – Room 338 at City Hall. Work includes, but is not limited to, installing approximately 783 lineal feet of 48-inch and 60-inch diameter cured-in place-pipe (CIPP) in existing sanitary sewers of various sizes, along with associated service reinstatements and site restoration. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed in a pre-bid meeting on October 6, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. per project documents. Participation in the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. Town employees are

otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening. State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job.
