The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) modification to contract N00019-20-C-0071 to Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD), 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85756-9367. This contract action will procure Learn to Build AIM-9X SIP III configured Guidance Units (Qty 38 live GUs and Qty 2 inert GUs) and associatednon-recurring engineering (NRE). The AIM-9X Program is a joint United States Navy (USN), United States Air Force (USAF) Program with the Navy designated as the lead service.NAVAIR intends to award this procurement sole source to Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD), 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ 85756-9367, based on the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Sources or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
