Description: REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONSThe City of Alliance is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultants for the City's required Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Five Year Consolidated Plan and First Year Annual Action Plan for Community Development Block Grant funds for FY 2024-2028. Consultation firms interested in providing services should reply with a Statement of Qualifications no later than 4:00 P.M. EST, on October 20, 2023.SOQs should include the firm's history; education and experience of the key technical personnel and staff; firm's experience on writing similar plans; size and availability of staff; familiarity of projects, references and/or any previous work performed for the City of Alliance; and other relevant information.Two copies of the SOQ shall be sent to: Joe Mazzola, Director of Planning and Development 504 E. Main St. Alliance, Ohio 44601As required by Ohio Revised Code 153.65-71, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications.
