District (“DISTRICT”) will receive sealed Bids for Bid No. 24-79 for the purchase of Security Cameras, Digital Video Recorders, and Accessories. Sealed Bids must be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 25, 2024 , on Procureware, the DISTRICT’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home. Bid proposals submitted later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), paper or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference call has been scheduled at 10:00 AM, April 10, 2024 on Microsoft Teams. A link to the conference call will be posted in Procureware. Vendors intending to submit a bid response must attend in order for their bid to be “responsive”. Fixed-price contract award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder based on total Bid price. The DISTRICT’s Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any Bid received. Unless otherwise required by law, no Bidder may withdraw its Bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the Bid due date.
