Minnesota IT Services on behalf of the Department of Revenue (DOR), intend to renew up to 12 months their agreement with Accuity, Inc. The agreement will Accuity, Inc. to provide continued, uninterrupted standard support services as it pertains to DOR’s previously purchased EPICWare software. EPICWare is a data file designed to assist users with analysis and validation of routing numbers, account configuration and improves the accuracy of ACH transactions. Accuity, Inc. is the sole developer and retain exclusive ownership rights, titles and interests of their products and services. Services provided by anyone other than a certified technician will void all current warranties and agreements. For these reasons this renewal has been deemed a single source.
