The bid envelope shall be plainly marked: "Bid for One (1) Skid Steer Loader” Project #4487 The City Council of the City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Minot. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, a certified check, or a cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and must be in a separate envelope marked “bid bond” and attached to the outside of the bid.
