New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), by issuing this RFQ, seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide the following:
1. Provide Claims Management Bundle: Claims management,Occurrence management,Claim data import, Incident import,Policy import.
2. Provide storage of information of up to 5Gb,Five (5) general user licenses.
3. Provide the following customizations:Mapping of all NYCHA unique department/location coding into the RMIS system,Loading of NYCHA vehicle fleet information including plate number, make,model and type.
5. Provide for data migration from previous platform to new platform,andProvide onsite training for staff for up to two (2) days (8hours per session) per
