REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES: OneGa Rural Workforce Housing Grant # 24wh-003-5-5171. The City of Alma is requesting qualifications and proposals for the selection of an Engineering Firm to provide Public Streets, Water & Sewer Systems Services. Engineering Services will include, but are not limited to, planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality control, and project closeout. You must submit an RFP proposal and write the Project Name on the envelope.
