IF YOU CURRENTLY HOLDS TIPS CONTRACT COMPREHENSIVE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES 200102 ("200102"), YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION TO PREVENT LAPSE OF CONTRACT UNLESS YOU HOLD ANOTHER CURRENT TIPS CONTRACT THAT COVERS ALL OF YOUR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES OFFERINGS. THIS AWARDED CONTRACT WILL REPLACE YOUR EXPIRING TIPS CONTRACT 200102. IF YOU HOLD ANOTHER TIPS CONTRACT OTHER THAN 200102 WHICH COVERS ALL OF YOUR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES OFFERINGS AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH IT, THERE IS NO NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION UNLESS YOU PREFER TO HOLD BOTH CONTRACTS.
