Engineering services - preliminary engineering study

The Town of Cabot Water system is requesting engineering proposals to design a replacement water line for Danville Hill Road in Cabot. The existing main is pvc. The replacement line will be 8" ductile iron line with a minimum of 2 hydrant locations. The length of the line to be replaced is .68 miles. Preliminary survey information has been completed to identify current service locations and wastewater infrastructure in the area.

Qualification statements and a proposal to complete a preliminary engineering study are due June 19th 2017 by 5:00 pm.

The proposal shall indicate principles who will be involved in the project, including their experience with and references for similar projects.

Work to be completed by fall of 2017.

The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. This project will be funded through the Vermont State Revolving Loan
