Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Solicitation Number: 12FPC324Q0008 Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation - Acquisition and Procurement Division is anticipating issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) on or about February 2, 2024, in accordance with FAR Part 13 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Lafayette Water Resources Office located at 700 Cajundome Boulevard, Lafayette Parish, Lafayette Louisiana, to build an Automated Data Processing (ADP) room to house automated data processing equipment. The work will consist of providing all labor and materials to construct walls, install sheetrock, dedicated electrical circuits, anti-static hard-surface flooring, doors, plywood for telecommunication demarcation, and providing and installing a duct-free split HVAC system. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 30 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $45M.
