Bid Number:22-02 Bid Title:Request for Qualifications for Videography and Editing Services Category:Request for QualificationsStatus:Open Description: The City of Murrieta is looking to engage a videographer to provide videography and editing services for the City Manager’s Office, Economic Development Department, Murrieta Police Department, and Murrieta Fire & Rescue, as well as other City departments and divisions as needed.The selected Proposer (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) will be responsible for providing the following services to the City at minimum:• Delivery of professional, high-quality video footage and edited videos that may highlight community events and programs, internal trainings or engagement, and promotional information featuring City staff, Council, Commission, or Committee members, the community, business professionals, and others.• Fulfill desired goals of City staff for social media, event, website, and other video projects, including sharing

suggestions to create the highest level of video production to meet the expressed goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.• Planning and setup (which may include arrangement of location and subjects, lighting, etc.) for scheduled video shoots or events at location specified.• Post-production processing, which may include raw file conversion, and the ability to perform limited color correction and editing prior to delivery final product.• Deliver all videos to the requesting City entity with a within the timeframe defined in an agreed upon timeline.• Provide rushed turnaround time on occasion.• Equipment requirements: The Vendor must provide their own camera, lenses, memory cards, lighting, tripods, and other related imaging equipment. The equipment must be of current production quality and produce professional products. The Vendor must also have access to additional production needs as required by the specific project, including a teleprompter, to provide the services requested by the City.
