Bid Number:202303 Bid Title:202303-Debris Removal Services Category:2023 BID/RFP/SOLICITATIONSStatus:Open Description: The City of Homestead (hereinafter referred to as “City”) requests sealed bids to establish pre-event contract(s) for disaster debris removal, reduction and disposal services. It is the intent of City to award this contract to one (1) Primary Contractor and at least one (1) Secondary up to two or more Contractor(s). Noted as Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary. Contractors shall be responsible for all debris operations listed within this Bid. The City reserves the right to activate all Contractors at the same time dependent upon the severity of the storm and the availability of the Contractors. These services shall only be performed when requested by the City via a task order/purchase order.The successful Proposer(s) shall be tasked with the collection, temporary staging and final disposal of eligible debris generated by any type of disaster and documenting the same in
