E-9A Sea Surveillance Radar (SSR) Upgrade Request for Information (RFI)

SEE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.Responses due 12 July 2023 at 1400 CST.This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, which, as part of market research, is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10 Market Research. This is not a solicitation, no solicitation exists. This is not a request for a quote, request for proposal, or an invitation to bid, nor is this to be construed as a commitment by the United States Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse or pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI or any follow-up information requests. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
