This project will include the construction of the Brownfield Border Patrol Station (BRF BPS) capable of supporting 400 Agents, not to exceed 53,500 square feet (sq ft). This shall include a detention area with capacity for 130 detainees and a 2-lane sally port capable of holding two buses. Project also includes ancillary support facilities and structures to meet the minimum mission requirements for U.S. Border Patrol (BP) agents and staff, and provide a safe environment for station personnel, detainees and visitors.

Basis of award is LPTA "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable"
Cost range for this project is between

$25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00
The period of performance is not to exceed 720 Calendar days
This solicitation is Full and Open. Any firms submitting as a joint venture must provide the joint venture agreement. If submitting as a mentor protégé JV, the APPROVED SBA agreement must be submitted as well.
All proposers are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and/or final award process.
