The City of Redwood City, California (“City”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified and licensed facility management service providers (“Contractor,” “Proposer”) to provide parking facilities operations and maintenance services for certain off-street parking facilities (“Parking Facilities”) owned by the City. These facilities include the Jefferson Garage and Marshall Garage (“Garages”).
