Bid Electricity for Lake County

Lake County seeks a vender to provide an executable contract with pricing attachments and quote on electric supply on a fixed price basis for the period beginning with the July 2017 billing period (or as soon as practical). The generation bid price per kWh must include all costs, fees and any other such charges necessary to supply generation of all electrical energy necessary for each facility, including but not limited to energy, capacity, transmission costs, ancillary charges, and transmission line losses, to the extent applicable. Lake County is also requesting an alternative bid price per kWh that includes the cost for Lake County to have a 25% of the total electricity portfolio be made up of renewable energy.
