RFP Custodial and Maintenance Services

Is accepting proposals for

System-wide custodial services and building maintenance and repair services



Interested vendors may contact Dr. Justin Finney, Assistant Superintendent, Harris County School District, at (706) 457-2403 or at (706) 628-4220 ext. 1301, for any questions regarding proposal and contract requirements.

Bids and proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal published in the Harris County Journal, on the Harris County School District website, and on the Georgia State Procurement Registry. A copy of the request for proposal my be picked up at 140 Barnes Mill Rd. Hamilton GA, 31811.

A mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday February 24, 2021 at 10:00AM at the Harris County School District Board of Education Meeting Room, at 132 Barnes Mill Rd. Hamilton GA, 31811. At the pre-bid meeting, each bidder will be able to visit each school and ask questions for clarification.

Complete proposals shall be mailed or hand delivered to be received in the office of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services (at the address below) no later than 12:00 PM on Friday March 5, 2021. Late proposals will not be accepted. Final proposals received before the deadline will be accepted. Each response should be mailed or hand delivered to the following:
