The offeror provided a detailed organizational chart that demonstrated the team structure. The offeror’s resumes were adequate. The offeror provided a detailed approach for maintaining a safe work environment. The offeror's general management plan adequately addressed the procedures in accordance with Metro's guidelines. The offeror provided a detailed safety plan. The offeror identified risks anticipated on this project along with providing countermeasures to mitigate the identified risk. Weaknesses ‐ The offeror’s proposal didn’t demonstrate experience in the demolition and disposal of floating concrete docks in a river environment. Most the offeror’s reference projects were not of similar size and scope to what Metro is seeking. The offeror demonstrated only one project (Riverwalk Public Dock) that was of similar size and scope to what Metro is seeking in the resulting contract. The offeror failed to demonstrate reference projects completed within the past five (5) years. The offeror failed to provide contact information for their reference projects. The offeror failed to provide a schedule comparison demonstrating the original schedule and actual completed schedule for their reference projects. The offeror’s proposal lacked detail in their capacity and ability to install a floating concrete dock system in a river environment. The offeror’s proposal lacked project specific information to demonstrate their knowledge of the project objectives and goals.
