This solicitation W91CRB-24-R-5003, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Moldova under FMS Case Designator MD-B-UBX, Acquisition Requirement Package (ARP) AE23063. This requirement is for the procurement of portable radio frequency spectrum analyzers with training.This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses ONLY.See attached solicitation for details of item being procured.
