The City will be upgrading all of its conference rooms with new technology and desire that a Crestron standardized interface controls all of the room equipment so that staff will no longer need to relearn procedures for various rooms they use. The awarded firm will be responsible for the labor associated with Service, repairs, and solution planning. Repair parts for existing equipment is desired at a set markup over cost, but new additional devices or room upgrades will be purchased through the City Ionwave bidding system.
