4yd Rubber Tire Front End Loader Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Summerland is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for one (1) new four-cubic-yard, articulating, rubber tire, four-wheel drive, front end loader, including standard bucket and optional attachments, as per the technical
specifications set out in this RFP document. Further details are provided in Part A – The Deliverables.
This RFP document describes the equipment sought by the District of Summerland and sets out the District’s RFP process, evaluation and

selection process and Proposal requirements. The District is not necessarily interested in obtaining the lowest price for this product. Only interested
parties with proven experience and qualifications for the supply of the name of vehicle/equipment will be considered. The quality of the product, performance, delivery, maintenance, service, past performance and delivery along with other factors will be taken into consideration in the evaluation of this RFP
